Welcome to the 2024 Youth Boys and Girls Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or Checking information available.

Sports Engine Account: 

A Parent or Guardian needs to have a Sports Engine Account  (Account Owner Profile) to register a player (Player Sub Profile).  Please do not set up the account under the player's name.

Returning Players:  If your son or daughter played on a Waukesha Lacrosse team last season, you (the parent or guardian) should have a Sports Engine Account.  Please log in with that same e-mail.  

New Players:  You will be asked to set up a Sports Engine Account prior to registering your player.  If your player has played for another sports team that uses Sports Engine, you may use that log in e-mail.

Make sure that you complete ALL required fields with a red * on our registration system.  (People have been missing fields and have had issues not being able to continue.) 

If you do NOT see a Green Continue button at the bottom of the screen refresh your screen, or try a different browser.  Preferred Sports Engine browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla FireFox (but other browsers may work.)

Prior to registering your player, please read the 2024 YOUTH Boys and YOUTH Girls Player Registration Information document.

You must register first with USA Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with USA Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current USA Lacrosse Membership 
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
